Russian Tunnel Video This video comes from a Russian in-tunnel camera located in a tunnel reported to be the longest in-city tunnel in Europe. At some point as it passes below a river, water leaks into the tunnel. When the temperature drops below freezing (as it sometimes does in Russia) combined with the wet conditions you can get some unpleasant consequences as illustrated by this video shot in just one day.
